Handing the finished project over
Construction dust does not stay where it lands. It settles on every ledge, inside every track, on top of trim and vents, and more can settle after the first pass. That is why the scope is written in phases: rough clean, final clean, touch-up, or a multi-phase schedule, depending on the condition of the site.
The result is a space that moves from project mode to client-ready mode: labels and residue off, glass and fixtures clear, floors detailed to the edges, and a final walkthrough with the contractor or owner.

What’s included
This is the sheet the crew works from, area by area.
The crew marks this sheet during the service and the team lead signs the final inspection. Anything outside it is approved first as an add-on or a change order.
Add-ons
Quoted separately and approved before any additional work begins.
Build a summary with your property details and send it over. We come back with the estimate in writing.
