Empty property, full access

An empty property is the one chance to clean the places furniture normally covers: inside cabinets and drawers, closet shelves and rods, behind doors, along every baseboard, and the floor edges nobody sees for years.

The service ends with a property check rather than a quick glance. Cabinets are left open so they can be inspected, closets and floors are checked, keys and access are handled as agreed, and photos are taken when you approve them.
