Recurring service is where the checklist earns its keep. The scope is agreed once, and then every visit runs the same way, so you stop re-explaining what you want and the crew stops guessing.

Weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly schedules are available. If your priorities change for a particular visit, tell us beforehand and it goes on the sheet for that service.
